In the Karviná region of the Czech Republic, a former black coal mine in Petřvald is undergoing a transformation, with traces of mining disappearing as the area is revitalized into natural landscape and a new tourist trail is constructed.

Na Karvinsku postupně mizí stopy po těžbě černého uhlí. Netýká se to jenom dolů, ale také hald a nejrůznějších provozních nádrží. Například v Petřvaldu u Karviné už na mnoha místech vůbec není poznat, že tam vládla těžba – haldy a nádrže se mění zpátky na kus přírody.
