Former Border Guard Commander Failed to Follow Procedures in Attack Incident

An internal investigation by the State Border Guard Service (VSAT) revealed that former commander Rustamas Liubajevas failed to follow established procedures by not informing political leadership about an incident where border guards were attacked.

Dėl užpultų pasieniečių incidento pradėtas Valstybės sienos apsaugos tarnybos (VSAT) vadovybės patikrinimas atskleidė, kad buvęs vadas Rustamas Liubajevas, neinformuodamas politinės vadovybės apie šį atvejį, nesilaikė nustatytų tvarkų. Tai nurodė vidaus reikalų ministras Martynas Katelynas.
