Former Baobab Restaurant Building in Lavapiés Approved for Hostel Conversion

The General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of the Community of Madrid has lifted the precautionary suspension, allowing the former Baobab restaurant building in Lavapiés to be converted into a hostel, deeming it to have no cultural value for protection.
