Foreign National Arrested at Medininkai Border for Forged Driver's License

Border guards at the Medininkai border control point arrested a man traveling to Lithuania who possessed a non-citizen passport from the Republic of Latvia. During inspection, he presented what was suspected to be a forged driver's license issued in his name in Romania.
