Floodwaters Cut Off Winneba–Cape Coast Highway, Stranding Hundreds in Ghana

Hundreds of commuters have been left stranded after floodwaters rendered the main Winneba–Cape Coast road impassable in Ghana. The flooding has brought movement along the busy corridor to a complete standstill.
