Flooding Closes Roads in Jelgava Region Due to Thaw

Melting snow has caused flooding in the Jelgava region, leading to the closure of the local road Glūdas stacija–Zaļenieki (V1079) between Spurģi and Glūda, with detours in place.

Kūstot sniega masām, Jelgavas novadā applūdis vietējais autoceļš Glūdas stacija–Zaļenieki (V1079) posmā starp Spurģiem un Glūdu, informēja VSIA "Latvijas valsts ceļi" (LVC). Slēgtā posma apbraukšana notiek pa autoceļiem Pūri–Auce–Grīvaiši (P96) un Dobele–Krimūnas–Zaļenieki–Ūziņi (V1098).
