First Same-Sex Marriage Certificate Transcription in Poland Without Court Order

The Civil Registry Office in Wrocław, Poland, completed the first transcription of a foreign same-sex marriage certificate without a court order on May 15, 2026. Ryszard and Tomasz, the married couple, received their document on May 18.
