First appeal by former 'Last Generation' climate activists rejected by Vienna Higher Regional Court

The Vienna Higher Regional Court has rejected the first appeal filed by members of the climate protection movement, 'Last Generation,' following their convictions for property damage, while the public prosecutor's office also sought harsher penalties.
