Firefighters Halt Water Spraying at Zlín Building Collapse Site as Temperatures Drop

Firefighters have stopped spraying water on the site of a partially collapsed high-rise building in the former Baťa factory complex in Zlín, Czech Republic, as temperatures under the rubble have decreased. Drones equipped with thermal cameras will continue to monitor for any remaining hotspots.

Hasiči přestali zkrápět vodou požářiště částečně zřícené výškové budovy v někdejším baťovském továrním areálu ve Zlíně. Teplota pod sutinami opět klesla. Nasazeny však zůstávají drony, které s pomocí termokamer odhalují případná ohniska se zvýšenou teplotou, řekla v úterý ČTK mluvčí krajských hasičů Lucie Javoříková.
