Fire in Drapetsona Under Control, Started by Gas Canister

A fire that broke out in the early hours of Thursday in a first-floor apartment in Drapetsona, where a mother and son resided, has been brought under control. The fire, which started from a gas canister, filled the area with thick black smoke, but the residents were rescued.

Υπό έλεγχο τέθηκε η φωτιά που ξέσπασε τα ξημερώματα της Πέμπτης, σε διαμέρισμα 1ου ορόφου πολυκατοικίας στη Δραπετσώνα και στο οποίο διέμενε μια μητέρα με τον γιο της, οι οποίοι και διασώθηκαν. Η περιοχή γέμισε από πυκνούς μαύρους καπνούς και στο σημείο επιχείρησαν 6 πυροσβεστικά οχήματα με 20 πυροσβέστες, προκειμένου να την περιορίσουν. Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, η φωτιά προκλήθηκε από γκαζάκι.
