Finnish Veteran and Sámi Organizations Criticized for Poor Fund Management

An investigation by Helsingin Sanomat revealed that veteran organizations and Sámi substance abuse prevention programs in Finland have been among the worst at utilizing their funds. The Sámi organization fears that new, stricter criteria for social and health organization grants introduced by Wille Rydman will negatively impact them.
