Finnish court rules on planned vocational college attack
A district court in Pirkanmaa, Finland, ruled on Thursday regarding two young individuals (aged 16 and 18) who planned an attack on a vocational college in Tampere; one received a suspended sentence, while the other was sent for a mental health evaluation.
