Finnish Appeals Court Reduces Sentence of Russian Neo-Nazi Convicted of War Crimes in Ukraine

An appellate court in Helsinki has lowered the prison term of Vojislav Torden to 12.5 years while upholding his conviction for the deaths of 22 Ukrainian soldiers during the 2014 conflict.
