Father of Grace Lynch Recounts Near Miss with Scrambler Bike

Martin Lynch, father of the late Grace Lynch, described a recent near-miss incident with a scrambler bike, months after his daughter's death. He was informed by the Garda Commissioner that a camera on the road where the encounter occurred was not working.
