Family Appeals Court Decision on Suspended Sentence for PSP Officer

Relatives of victim Odair Moniz have filed an appeal seeking actual imprisonment and expulsion for PSP agent Bruno Pinto, whose three-and-a-half-year suspended sentence was upheld by the Sintra court.
