FABAG Urges Mahama to Suspend New Import Verification Program

The Food and Beverages Association of Ghana (FABAG) has appealed to former President Mahama to halt the new Ghana Easy Pass import verification program. FABAG argues that the program is an additional tax that will increase import costs and prices for consumers, contradicting efforts to ease doing business.
