EU Parliament to Switch to French Search Engine Qwant from Google
The European Parliament announced it will switch its default search engine from Google to the French search engine Qwant on Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox browsers starting June 4, 2026, as part of a tech sovereignty push.
