EU Ministers Assert Russia Will Not Dictate Europe's Representation in Ukraine Talks

European foreign ministers met and declared that Russia would not be allowed to choose who speaks for Europe in potential peace negotiations regarding the four-year war in Ukraine, as Kyiv pushes for a stronger role in ending the conflict.
