EU enlargement could face long pause after Montenegro and Albania

The director of the Heinrich Böll Foundation stated that there is a clear political decision for at least one Western Balkan country to join the EU by the current Commission's end, but a longer pause in enlargement is possible after Montenegro and potentially Albania.
