Etienne Davignon Referred to Court for Lumumba Assassination
The Brussels council chamber has decided to refer Étienne Davignon to the Brussels correctional court to be judged for his alleged participation in the war crimes that led to the assassination of Patrice Lumumba on January 17, 1961.
