Estonian Police Propose Higher Speeding Threshold, Oppose Speed Camera Warning Signs

Estonia's Police and Border Guard Board (PPA) has proposed increasing the speeding threshold and expressed opposition to mandatory warning signs being placed ahead of mobile speed cameras.
