An Estonian couple who purchased a seemingly small, Soviet-era cottage for renovation were surprised to find that only the frame of the old building remained once work began.

Iš pirmo žvilgsnio nedidelis, dar sovietmečiu statytas vasarnamis neatrodė prastos būklės. Jį įsigiję Priitas Kanteris ir Liina Liesment planavo gana kuklų remontą – šiek tiek atnaujinti namą, sutvarkyti kaminą, židinį, įsirengti vonios kambarį. Tačiau vos pradėjus darbus paaiškėjo, kad planus teks keisti iš esmės.
