Estonia urges Ramstein coalition to allocate 0.25% of GDP to Ukraine
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna has called on the Ramstein coalition countries to follow Tallinn’s example and allocate 0.25% of their gross domestic product (GDP) annually to military aid for Ukraine.
