Estonia Rejects Over Half of Swedish Prisoner Transfer Requests

Estonian authorities have rejected more than half of the 38 inmates Sweden sought to transfer to its prisons, with Swedish correctional services unaware of the reasons for the rejections but continuing efforts to identify new prisoners for transfer.
