Estonia Commemorates Historic 30-Year-Old Sturgeon Catch
Thirty years ago, fishermen off the coast of Muhu Island captured what remains Estonia's largest recorded fish, a female sturgeon measuring 2.9 meters and weighing 136 kilograms. The specimen, later named Marija, continues to be celebrated as a significant moment in Estonian maritime history.
