(ANSA) - ROME, APR 22 - EssilorLuxottica's first-quarter revenues grew by 10.8%, the Franco-Italian eyewear giant said Wednesday. In the first quarter of the year, EssilorLuxottica reported revenues of €7,127 million, up 10.8% at constant exchange rates and 4.1% at current exchange rates.
