ECtHR Rules Turkey Violated Rights of Former US Consulate Employee

The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) has ruled that Turkey violated the rights of Metin Topuz, a former US Consulate employee. The court found that Topuz was held in pretrial detention for over two years without sufficient justification.
