Eastern Visayas police welcomes surrender of 7 NPA fighters
TACLOBAN CITY — The government’s campaign to end insurgency in Eastern Visayas scored another gain after seven alleged members of the New People’s Army (NPA) surrendered in separate operations across four provinces over the weekend.
