Dutch Woman Banned from Keeping Animals After Neglecting Dogs
A court in Middelburg has prohibited a woman from Hulst, Netherlands, from owning animals for the next ten years. The ruling follows an inspection by the National Animal Welfare Inspection Service, which found her to have severely neglected her shepherd dogs.
