Dutch Authority Warns 2400 Buyers of Illegal Glyphosate Pesticide

The Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) has sent letters to over 2400 individuals and companies who purchased illegal pesticides containing glyphosate via an online webshop, urging them to return the products.

De Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) heeft een brief gestuurd naar ruim 2400 personen en bedrijven die illegale bestrijdingsmiddelen hebben gekocht via een online webshop. De kopers worden opgeroepen de middelen in te leveren bij een inzamelpunt voor chemisch afval. De online webshop verkocht zonder vergunning een onkruidverdelger met glyfosaat.
