Thousands of organizations unknowingly use signboard for illegal casino advertising

Research by BNR shows that at least a thousand websites of companies and foundations are hacked or abused to promote illegal casinos without clear marking.

Zeker duizend websites met namen van bedrijven, zzp'ers en stichtingen staan vol met illegale casinopromotie. Dat blijkt uit onderzoek van BNR. Mogelijk gaat het zelfs om ruim 8000 websites. Om dit te kunnen doen, worden websites gehackt of oude domeinnamen van een website opgekocht.
