Drunk E-Scooter Rider Fined Heavily, License Revoked in Hungary

A man who fell off an e-scooter in front of a police officer while intoxicated received a 1.8 million forint fine and a one-and-a-half-year license suspension in Hungary, sparking debate as e-scooters are not yet recognized by traffic laws.
