Driver Identified in Saint-Ghislain Hit-and-Run Accident

New traffic lights in Saint-Ghislain, Belgium, were damaged in a hit-and-run accident. Thanks to collaboration between residents, police, and the SPW, the driver who fled the scene has been identified.
