Despite building dams and releasing extra water into the Danube, Romania's nuclear power plant is unlikely to restart in August.
The two shut-down reactors would provide roughly one-fifth of the country's electricity production. Romania is already anticipating rising bills next year, while in Paks, the reconnection has just begun.
