Værnepligten bliver ikke bare udvidet til 11 måneder med langt flere værnepligtige og mulighed for at tvinge både kvinder og mænd i tjeneste. For med et nyt lovudkast skal de også kunne tvinges til at blive udsendt i en »forværret sikkerhedspolitisk situation«.
