Democrats Call for Inspection Over Removed Parking Seal in Petrovac

Montenegro's Democrats party published a photo on social media of a parking receipt in Petrovac where a seal (plomba) from the Municipal Police had been removed, which they claim constitutes a criminal offense, and called for an inspection.
