The portal for Delhi's 'Lakshmi Yojana' financial assistance scheme has gone live, with women queuing at registration camps. The Delhi government is now providing details on how to apply for the Rs 2,500 monthly aid, with the first installment expected around Raksha Bandhan on August 28.
