Denmark's Liberal Alliance party has proposed making it illegal to sleep in Copenhagen's parks again, arguing that allowing overnight stays has had negative consequences, including the emergence of 'large Roma camps'. Although the proposal was rejected, the issue remains contentious.

Det har haft negative konsekvenser, at det er blevet lovligt at overnatte i Københavns parker. Det mener i hvert fald Liberal Alliance, der har stillet forslag om at gøre det ulovligt igen. Selvom forslaget er blevet hældt af bordet, er sagen langt fra lukket.
