Czech Republic Prosecutes First Case of Unauthorized Activity for a Foreign Power
For the first time in its history, the Czech justice system is prosecuting an individual for unauthorized activity on behalf of a foreign power. The Municipal Court in Prague confirmed that a Chinese intelligence service member, operating under journalistic cover in Prague, has been indicted.
