Czech PM Babiš Settles Dispute with Bison & Rose Out of Court

Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babiš (ANO) is no longer facing a lawsuit regarding damage to the reputation of PR agency Bison & Rose, as the company withdrew its complaint after an out-of-court settlement.

Babiš už nečelí sporu o omluvu firmě Bison & Rose, uzavřel mimosoudní dohodu

Premiér Andrej Babiš (ANO) už nečelí soudnímu sporu kvůli zásahu do dobré pověsti PR agentury Bison & Rose. Mluvčí středočeského krajského soudu dnes na dotaz ČTK sdělila, že firma vzala žalobu zpět. Partner komunikační agentury Vladimír Bystrov na žádost o reakci uvedl, že agentura iniciovala uzavření mimosoudní dohody, protože soudní řízení trvalo už 11 let a jádro tehdejšího sporu už nikoho nezajímá. Pře tak skončila smírem.
