Czech Judge Cleared of Misconduct for Accessing Other Judges' Files
A disciplinary panel of the Olomouc High Court has provisionally ruled that Vyškov judge Pavel Vrcha did not commit a disciplinary offense by accessing files of other judges, a decision the Ministry of Justice is considering appealing.
