Czech Antitrust Authority Fines O2 and Sherlog for Vehicle Monitoring Cartel

The Office for the Protection of Competition imposed fines totaling over 280 million CZK on O2 Czech Republic and Sherlog Technology for colluding on pricing and bidding for vehicle monitoring services.

Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže (ÚOHS) uložil pokutu 262,3 milionu korun firmě O2 Czech Republic a 18,4 milionu korun firmě Sherlog Technology za kartelovou dohodu při nabídce a prodeji služeb monitoringu aut a dalších dopravních prostředků a elektronických knih jízd.
