Czarzasty Declines to Open WSI Report Annex, Citing Legal Justification

Marshal Włodzimierz Czarzasty refused to open the annex to the report on the liquidation of the Military Information Services (WSI), with the Head of the Sejm Chancellery explaining the decision was based on legal justification and a challenge by the Constitutional Tribunal.
