Cyberattack on Latvian Road Traffic Safety Directorate Traced to Internal App

Experts from the technology company Tet concluded an internal investigation, finding that the cyberattack on Latvia's Road Traffic Safety Directorate (CSDD) occurred through an application under the directorate's own control, for which Tet was not responsible for software or cybersecurity.
