Croatian Officials Challenge Constitutionality of Heat Cost Allocators

Professor Ivica Džeba and former Defense Minister Željka Antunović have submitted proposals to the Constitutional Court, seeking an assessment of the constitutionality and legality of provisions related to heat cost allocators and requesting their urgent suspension.
