Croatian Company Digs in Sisak, Inspectorate Unaware of Embankment

CIOS Energy, a company owned by Petar Pripuz, is reportedly conducting digging operations in Sisak, but the State Inspectorate has stated it has no knowledge of the embankment being constructed.
