Court Rules in Favor of 'Rato Mono' Promoters After Fifteen Years, MP Appeals
Fifteen years after the initial complaint, a court has ruled in favor of the real estate promoters behind the controversial 'mono do Rato' building, deeming the complaint filed in April 2011 by the 'Salvem o Largo do Rato' association unfounded, though the Public Ministry has appealed the decision, and the developers' lawyer states the intention to construct the building remains.
