Court Rejects Attempt to Suspend Romsilva Reform, Environment Ministry Wins Case

The Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected the request by the "Silva" Federation of Forestry Unions to suspend the government decision on the reorganization of the National Forest Administration - Romsilva, confirming the reform of the institution.

Curtea de Apel Bucureşti a respins miercuri cererea Federaţiei Sindicatelor din Silvicultură „Silva” de suspendare a executării Hotărârii de Guvern privind reorganizarea Regiei Naţionale a Pădurilor - Romsilva, confirmând astfel că reforma instituţiei poate continua, a anunţat Ministerul Mediului, Apelor şi Pădurilor (MMAP).
