Court Posthumously Rehabilitates Artist Milan Knížák
The District Court for Prague 10 posthumously rehabilitated the recently deceased artist and educator Milan Knížák, whose decision immediately became legally binding as both parties waived their right to appeal. Knížák had been detained in 1974 for alleged damage to the state.
