A Kerala consumer commission ordered Xpressbees to pay compensation for failing to deliver diapers. The consumer ordered diapers from FirstCry, which were dispatched promptly. Repeated delivery failures and incorrect status updates led to the order cancellation. Xpressbees failed to provide evidence of delivery attempts or customer refusal. The commission found deficiency in service and directed payment of compensation and litigation costs.
